The twisted Naomi continues her personal quest to destroy personal and professional lives of Annie spreading a false rumor about the existence of a nude photo of Annie, causing a larger gap between Annie and Dixon and Annie's parents, who remain concerned about its continued decline down a dark road. Meanwhile, Liam decides to defy his abusive stepfather and half-aft and experiment with Dixon and Teddy for a place in the surf school team. Elsewhere, Ryan worries about her romance with Jen manipulative, which starts to show its true colors to him.
